We can file out of network claims if you are covered by Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, Humana or United; however, you will need to pay in full at the time of service before we can file your out of network claim.
We cannot file for you if you are insured by an HMO such as AvMed or if you have Medicare or Medicaid.
* Prescriptions and medications will still be covered regardless of our status.
