Dr. Celena Heesch, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Biography

Dr. Celena Heesch, DNP graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Women and Gender Studies in 2019. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University in Florida in 2023. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

She has 5 years of experience in the mental health field working in an inpatient hospital as a Psychiatric RN. In graduate school, she gained clinical experience across the lifespan by completing rotations at Archer Family Health Care, the Villages, the VA, Shands Vista, Grace Pediatrics in Lake City, and both Child and Adult UF Springhill Psychiatry clinics.
