Our clinic operates as an out-of-network facility due to the inherent challenges associated with delivering top-notch psychiatric care while navigating insurance billing complexities. As a result, the reimbursement for our services may vary depending on your insurance coverage. However, we are committed to ensuring a seamless process for you and are more than happy to provide all necessary information to you and your insurance carrier. Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to strive for excellence in the provision of quality mental health care.

We can file out-of-network claims if you are covered by a PPO insurance; however, you will need to pay in full at the time of service before we can file your out-of-network claim.

We cannot file for you if you are insured by an HMO.

Neither party can file if you have Medicare or Medicaid as we are completely OPTED OUT.

*Prescriptions and medications will still be covered regardless of our status.
